We have a purpose built 950 square metre factory dedicated solely to manufacturing from stainless steel. This is to avoid cross contamination particularly from mild steel and the resulting corrosion problems this can cause. Our equipment includes the following:

• Two 3 tonne x 6.5 metre lift gantry cranes and one 3 tonne x 11 metre lift outside gantry crane
• 2.4 metre x 120 tonne press brake
• 2.4 metre x 6mm guillotine
• 1.2 and 2.4 metre plate rolls
• Tube and pipe rolling
• Sectional rolling of flat bars, angles and channels
• Knuckle forming and doming of tank ends
• Welding by TIG, MIG and manual arc.
• Pipe threading
